Keystone Opportunity Zones are defined, limited areas with greatly reduced taxes or no local or state tax burden at all. They are designated by local communities and approved by the state. In Pennsylvania, over 10,000 new jobs have been created since the KOZ program was initiated. Business Facilities Magazine calls KOZ the #1 Economic Development Strategy in the nation. KOZ status for most zones in Corry is retained until December 31, 2019.
